Appointments Canceled ..

Earlier this week I had an appointment to my dermatologist ,

it was canceled because apparently the nurse had tested positive for Covid ..

Just now my nail salon appointment for this morning was canceled

because the nail technician is a Close Contact to someone who is Covid positive ..


Is anybody else running into such things now ?

How are others affected in last weeks ?


I hope everyone comes out of their brush w it healthy and well xx

what is more important is the cancer patients having their appointments postponed cancelled.

Also over here we got guys and gals not keeping their Gum clinic and this cost the NHS 170 stg each time

Boris now is talking about cancelling Christmas for us

A lot of appointments for a lot of things are being cancelled or being postponed at the minute. Same has happened to myself recently and it's all down to the number of cases on the rise. I think they said numbers are to drop within the next 2 weeks but I don't see that happening, things may get worse and worse until things start to level off

Most of Europe is exploding with cases, but no, according to the Irish experts we are going to magically get better in the next two weeks because nightclubs are closing at midnight? We are toast.

Nope all good it only comes out at midnight for a couple of hours.
That’s why students are drinking at 10 in the morning to avoid covid.

I can go into numerous premises and the staff who can be aged 15plus and may be known to me can ask about my vaccination status and indeed take aa photo of it showing personal data. However, my business in is the medical sphere and people who work for me can be in daily contact with a large number of patients / customers but I can’t ask my employees if they are vaccinated due to GDPR

Yep pub in limerick packed at 10 this morning another college Christmas party. It’s ok they were all drinking and dancing so no need to wear masks

There were only 3 counties out of 26 that a PCR test was available in yesterday! There is a huge backlog of tests to be done, numbers will definitely rise in the next fortnight!

I personally haven't been affected by any cancellations but I'd imagine this will happen more and more over the next few weeks.

The next lockdown It is coming, it is vox populi ,in the next couple of weeks, between the 13th and the 20th December.
Pubs and restaurants first.
Full Lockdown in January and possibly February. Its happening in other countries already.
I'm flying out of Europe on Monday.... I'll be back in March. Hope I make it before they shut down everything.
