I fully understand what you are saying here but as op of this thread I'd like to address one point. Regarding seeing escorts in hotels, I really couldn't give a damn how shitty or luxurious the hotel as long as I was dressed appropriately. My concern is usually that I may be known in that hotel.
But if its an apartment in an area that I don't feel safe in, that is an issue of personal safety. I might actually visit an escort that I have previously visited in such an area but if we've never met, I do worry about being mugged or scammed.

You tell a lot about a person from a text: if the person has good grammar, if they are polite and respectful, professional, ask senseable questions and organised. Occasionally I've told an escort that I don't like their location and that I hope to visit them another day/different location, and things have turned real nasty on the phone.
Just after having another one. I won't mention any names or share messages but at final directions she tells me that she is at a location where I am unwilling to visit and she gives me a tirade of abuse on the phone. This continued to a string of abusive texts to which I haven't replied. I left my phone on and these texts continued until 4am this morning even though I only replied twice.
