Weird one but I'd like to know. I can't have a dog or cat given my living arrangements but I have a couple salamanders.
It's captivating to see them lay in wait before eating a goldfish and it got me thinking , what pets do people keep?

Gave up on dogs when socially it was unacceptable not to pick up after them. Admire those who do but it is not for me especially as previously I have has St Bernards and Golden retrievers, would not enjoy going for a walk with a bucket and shovel
I had a pet lamb once. When it got big I ate it. Damn nice
