There’s only one thing that doesn’t sit right to me. I use. You use a tissue, a hairpin, a condom etc, hence you use an inanimate object.
You don’t use people. You avail of services. Regardless the profession you avail of a service.
Your phrasing would’ve sounded so much more on point if you would’ve said I visit the same dentist, doctors and visited escorts.

Seriously, how is this even an issue? Lads have a backup plan.

In a rural area, the backup plan often is to stay home, or go to the pub.
Sometimes a lady might stray in my direction that I really want to meet, but I might procrastinate for a day or two due to other commitments. Then she is gone without notice. There might be other ladies in the area but none that I'm in any hurry to see.

In my private life I say I use to a cream, a shampoo, a mascara.
When I go to a doctor or any professional for that matter if I am asked for recommendation I say this is the professional I go to.
It’s not a matter of being offended, after so many years in this job I’ve learned to develop a thick skin, but when you say I use an escort,it doesn’t sit right to me. I have my standards. Totally agree with your sentiment and I don't think arguing the semantics is a positive thing to do.
I was surprised that so many will jump on to argue semantics and the grammar of a sentence. It says a lot and none of it to good. A bit sad to say the least 😂
