    This place or a similar location was commented on some time ago after the first ad appeared. (a good few pages back on here)
    The cost was a pony more than advertised. When he complained he was told this was normal for the area.
    IMHO - The price quoted on the ad for 60 mins massage is just "too good to be true" when you consider cost of rents in the area.

    Mind you "Broken Pen" is not that far away as the crow flies over the landmark mentioned - Only slightly more expensive
