Klopp is an absolutely fantastic manager and he's helped enormously by the fact that Liverpool are an extremely well run club now. Michael Edwards is a transfer genius and the whole structure at Liverpool is geared towards making the team successful on the pitch.
United are a mess structurally and are only geared towards commercial success. Ferguson was a legend and we'll never see a manager like him again but at the time United were also much better behind the scenes. David Gill stepping down as chief executive at the same time as Fergie retired was a massive blow for United. They lost the greatest manager ever and at the same time the club was left in a mess behind the scenes as Gill was replaced by the infamous Woodward.
I fear that even if they get the right manager in this summer it will make no difference as the club is so badly run.
6 players at United are paid more than Mo Salah, says it all really!
