I received a big dick while I am almost virgin so I assumed that this is the cause.

Probably if your posting it on here you are worried by now .... And no matter what anyone says on this you still still worry and start googling worst case scenarios which will make you worry more instead of reassuring you. So in my experience it would be better go see doctor get an std test but make sure you tell them you have received anal sex as they will do swab of anus then too. ... It's warm muggy weather these times, increases likelihood of itchy holes! So probably no more than that... But your probably anxious after what your being up to last few weeks so your thinking the worst. Get a full std screen too to put mind at ease, preferably a clinic that specialises in this. There's a few in Dublin or most big cities
