opting out of review system

In my opinion and observations, the review system has been and still is being abused. Some escorts are very good but often reviews are written as a form of bullying or revenge. For instance an escort says no to someone, that she will not see him for whatever reason. That person can then write a review on her and get his revenge for being rejected. This happens often, even here in USA. There in Ireland, you have the problem with pimps "owning" counties, and when an independent tours there, she is threatened to leave or else... can u guess?..... the pimp will write nasty reviews on her to kill her biz. The review system is a catch 22. If the reviews are genuine, then it is helpful to both the punter and the escort. But when the review system is being used as a tool to bully or get revenge, then it is a really fucking bad thing!
What would be nice is if there was a third option that Patricia might consider:
1. Opt out
2. Opt in
3. Opt in, lock in Which means, the escort opts into review system, and when she feels she has enough reviews to prove she is genuine, good, reliable..... then she could "Lock In" which means the reviews stick to her profile but no more reviews are being accepted.

This option would help both punter and escort. As an escort gets famous over time, more and more people will mess with her reviews, making it confusing to the punter readers and also very stressful to the escort to see all her hard work being unraveled by a few bastards who are messing around with a very serious thing: her reputation. By locking in, she can just focus on making her clients happy and letting her fame sorta sit neutral a bit, making her less a target for bullies. When she feels it is the time again, she can "Lock Out" and reviews will then be accepted and added to the earlier reviews. This will show she is still in the same form as before: service, looks, accessibility, ect.

As it is, when I return to Ireland, I can see the benefit of opting out of the review system. I am too famous, which makes me a target in the review system. Word of mouth can be more powerful then reviews. But if there was this option 3: Opt in, Lock in, Lock out..... That would be my desired choice.

I hope E-I will consider this option, as it will benefit punters and escorts and keep the review system more untainted and reliable.

I would see one major problem with this which is that a lady has good reviews then locks in she
can provide a poor service then in the knowledge that she has her good reviws and cant get a bad
one . There are many instances of ladies whom in the beginning gave great service but as time
went on disimproved maybe for different resasons who knows,got disillusioned with the job,,was
doing it for too long just going through the motions after a while etc ,have seen girls get into
relationships etc and their whole outlook and attitude can change
Im not saying this happens in all cases but does happen and im sure the guys will bear me out
on this

Like I said, an idea starts at something, but to come into existence, there needs to be tweaking. It can work. For instance, say the rule is made on how many reviews she must gather before she can Lock In. Then she has option to stay Locked In for 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months and then must either Lock Out and accept reviews again, or must Opt out of review system and lose her existing reviews.
But you are right, she could go to shits while she is Locked In, so I would suggest Patricia assigns one person who has as their sole job and purpose in life to:
There on her review page is a link to make complaint. If there are continuous complaints on the service of this escort, then it could be investigated by this sole person assigned to the task of it. The complaints however would have to come from people who have not just registered, as we see happening so often by trolls. Members of the board who have been here awhile, could alway speak up as well on a girl who is cheating the Lock In system. If she is found to be a fraud, then she must Lock out early, or opt out of review system.

I bit the bullet and went...Better than anything I ever had...in a class of her own...mindblowing....i know cant use this system for a review and i wont. I didnt go and see a girl called Daniella who looked fab because she opted out of review system and now i am sorry is didnt. There appears to be good reasons why girls do this. The current system leaves girls in a catch 22 if she comes across some lunatic or jealous pimp/escort she can either let them post fake bad reviews and possibly ruin her reputation or opt out and lose all the good reviews she has built up.

I totally agree and i wasnt dissing dollys idea by no means ..............but as you suggested above, this is one side of the coin , the other side is as ber said some escorts can leave of their reputation and let their service slide

Yes but at as long as the profile is identified as not currently accepting reviews then punters can make up their own mind as to the reasons behind that decision at least they can see the girls previous reviews the current system puts that girl along with girls that never accepted reviews.

End of the day it's about giving punters as much information as possible and the current system just hides information. Remember the current system also allows a bad escort hide bad reviews as well.
