I would say that unles you are very unlucky and it happens that your appointment occurs at around the same time when something else, that would cause Garda or some security company/agency to review their footage in which you would show up, merely as a potential witness to that event, not much to worry about.
But the fact is that first C in CCTV is not so Closed most of the time and it is vunerable to hacking as it needs to be connected to some network and networks are hackable. Even those behind state of the art firewalls can be hacked. There are some sites where you can watch hijacked CCTV streams of bus stations etc, even Youtube videos on how to hack CCTV
