Finasteride usage and seeing escorts

Hi everyone,
as I'm going for a consultation for a hair transplant in the next few weeks, it is likely whatever the outcome, that I will have to start taking finasteride (which is a hair thickening medication that decreases libido in some men).

In that case, I would like to possibly hear from both escorts and clients about meetings where the client was on finasteride.

How did it affect the performance of the client? Did it make little or no impact or did the appointment have to be cancelled due to erectile dysfunction?

If I had to choose between one or the other, I would choose going on finasteride and foregoing escort meetings, but I would like any possible reassurances that both can be a possibility.
