Should I be suspicious of this? I think I recently was the victim of a profile with a lot of fake positive reviews, or else it was an off day (photos were still inaccurate though or gave the wrong impression)

Not sure I get the question completly. Everyone has to start at zero and on occasions I have visited ladies with no reviews. On at least 2 ocassions it was great.

Reviews are important as they help others. A review by someone who has written a good few is a good guide. However if after 60 reviews they have given only glowing reviews maybe they should pick the lotto numbers for you. No one is that lucky.
It is true that sometimes the moderators will not put up a review if there is a genuine disagreement on the matter.

I have found that moderators who when i started gave the lady the benifit of the doubt now recognise that i am trying to be fair and that i do recognise this is the lady's occupation
