Quick question as I’m brand new to this carry on. How do you ensure you’re seeing an independent lady or what’s give aways that they are not independent. Cheers

The numbers are low considering.

To secure a conviction there's a high threshold that has to be met, unless your caught in the act of handing over money I would deny everything, say your having an extra maritial affair with someone you met on tinder or one of the other sites or you booked a massage because the therapist is working from home on a booking basis

Gardai use intimidation tactics to get results and most of the time they are only interested in trafficking rings or if neighbors are constantly complaining about men coming and going all day they might do something normally it's they have a talk with the lady and tell her to stop or be discreet in the first instance.

The other issue is inferences being drawn from the circumstances they would expect you to explain you being in a suspect brothel again use your imagination and stick to your story

Sometimes the Gardai approach men leaving a premise their watching and ask them the purpose of being there again unless you admit to a crime they have to prove you committed one

It takes a lot of effort and expense to take a case to court that's why the focus is on the big fish, stay with independent ladies, use the reviewing system.

How do I know a genuinely Independent Lady ?

if you are at a place where the odds are against you from the start you're finished unless the police make a cock-up, if you are arrested in a brothel and all of these arrests are brothel related you don't have to say anything as the evidence is very clear and anyway you are going to be hung out to dry in these places as they owe you no allegiance anyway.
However it is a completely different story if the lady is totally independent and that is why you did not see police monitoring these places.there was simply no point.
Its only for statistics anyway and not much real effort is being put into this and so trafficking continues to grow.
At least It is good to see the Independent lady is being left alone by the police as these brave girls deserve so much better, its been a dreadful last year for them but lets hope this year will be so much better for all

I have visited where only one Lady was advertising for that town . When I arrived a second Lady who I recognised from this site was there. When you mention this on EI your post is deleted.... As I have often said before I Think the Ladies should always share for safety but that makes the place a brothel

Would you think escorts are at a higher risk of spreading the virus? I was in a government office this morning,there are around thirty people sat around at desks,heating and air circulation on.The only person with a mask and using gloves was me.If you wanted an example of how to spread the virus that would be a fine one.

My understanding is that the Justice Minister has committed to reviewing the existing legislation and a number of parties are high-lighting some of the short comings of the existing legislation because there was no dedicated police unit prior to the Garda’s Organised Prostitution Investigation Unit being setup (last month).

Mind you the available Guards would be better utilised tackling the local violent crime & open selling of drugs throughout our cities.

It been shoved back into focus because of Ruhama and other groups putting on more pressure
Police have too been Overwhelmed from locals reporting prostitution in their area and working during the pandemic.

With 750,000€ yearly budget what the Heck have they Done for the girls over the

whole last Year !!??

Why is No One asking these questions !??


: if there was more help available out there , less providers would be forced by financial need ,

to work ! : From talking with a few , I know many would rather be staying safe and not working
