    I have found that practitioners (there is a nice word) that offer both generally tend to be not interested in the massage aspect,(Michelle I am sure is an exception)

    they get straight down to business and provide a very short or lukewarm massage

    otherwise in cases where the massuese likes the client so much that it naturally leads to fantastic sex - that is probably the best way of getting the full service.
