    Default Saving a fortune

I was chatting a buddy of mine last night and he was telling that since last March he has not visited an escort due to the covid pandemic, he used to visit one escort a week for one hour so we worked it out that he has saved 200 (euro / hour) x 4 (weeks) x 9 (number of months) = 7,200 euros. That is some savings, he was saying when he returns to punting he will be like a novice again. If he remains a virgin till next March (12 months) he will have saved 9,600. What use is money to him and all the fun he has missed out on though lol.

Yeah, but I bet he doesn't have any of that cash. A bit like smokers. Average smoker spends €5000 a year on cigarettes but if they give up smoking they won't have the €5000 at the end of a year... one of lifes mysteries.......back to your friend, his saving in a full year will actually be €10,400. (average month has 4.35 weeks, if it was 4 there would only be 48 weeks in a year not 52)

Nah. I bet he didn’t save that money. And have them all on side in cash. He spend them for crap which he don’t need. Bought by boredom. If he spend them on us. At least he and his lil fella enjoy it and didn’t regret it. Now he smoke them drink them or spend on useless things.

As George Best often said, in various words,

"I spent all my money on Wine, Women and Song".
    "The rest I just wasted".

I’m the opposite then, have happily punted throughout and both myself and the lil fella have great memories, would not change a thing, life is for living

Financially, I'm slightly better of than this time last year. My income is down, I've spent similar money punting/virtual, I've updated the car, the coal bunker and oil tank is full and I've the price of a couple of hours fun put aside.
My main savings has been on alcohol, food, clothes, holidays and eating out. Drinking at home has lost its novelty and my food bill is gone way down, I've lost 20 kilos. Even my electricity bill is gone noticeably down due to cooking less.

''Wine, Women and Song'' of the 60's... became the ''Sex, Drugs and Rock'n'Roll of the 70's''............ it's been all rather boring ever since....our snowflake generation with their virtual, perfect, PC, be so careful what you think and say existence, have no idea what 'living' is all about..poor sods... Electric Picnic will never be Woodstock or Isle of Wight....hopefully Barney is still asleep and won't put up his ''off topic'' imoji........
