    Always bugged me that was perhaps the finest World Cup goal of his generation, the second against England never got the iconic status it deserved, some of the defenders needed to buy a ticket to get back into the ground

    Just saw this now. He had many health and substance abuse issues and was a very controversial figure but on the pitch he was one of the greatest footballers of all time. RIP Diego.

    In tribute this was probably his finest moment on the world stage

    very mixed reviews going on this guy but should you be haunted by one mistake, we must remember he was a brilliant footballer and remember him for his unique talent, RIP
