I’ve mentioned this before , when I was stopped by two undercover Garda after leaving an escort , they had no interest in me , only concerned was the escort being trafficked , in fact one said “ we all have our needs “ never even took my name

Your scaremongering and making it up
What source have you on a clamp down by the garda on punters and looking for trafficked etc
What task force will be put out because right now the garda have so much shit
And little or no evidence of any arrest of punters or victims saved because by God the maggies in ruhuma be all over it

    Your scaremongering

Simple as and stop trying ruin our business
but you said Independant escorts are being targeted but that's not true and you failed to answer that
Everything I said here is true
There were about 45 arrests but that was because the police were targeting brothels,
Even before Covid, two more specials units targeting Trafficking and brothels was set up in Co louth, easily to verify.
Even in Northern Ireland police were very active and most of it not publicised, people mention on here about why some counties have no escorts and main reason is because of police, take Fermanagh for instance, every premises that been opened there has been closed by the police, other independent escorts will know this is true.
Ruhuma and these other groups are out for themselves, we know their real motive here but we should not give them any ammunition to use against the clients/escorts.
Only ones that is going to change things for the better and its the escorts and clients,no one else can do it.
Even in Poland here we will see big changes.its easier to bring in laws than sort the real problem out

As for ruining business again not true, again if you read my posts I actually praised and totally agree with the Independant Escorts who work alone and screened and told clients here to support these escorts 100% and this way the escort is safe, the client is safe and the traffickers are froze out so it is win win for all. These Escorts deserve full support and are leading the way for the good of the industry
Surely you can't disagree with that

On my first visit ever to an escort I parked almost outside the station. No problem.

I know I really really shouldn't dignify your post with a response but on this occasion I am.

How the fuck do you know that independent ladies aren't advertising?

Because "they have a nest egg to fall back on"?

You are so full of mad dogs shite posting something like that.

I see ladies I know for a fact are independent both posting here and advertising.

How dare you insinuate that these ladies aren't independent !

This forum has gone to fuck with the amount of bullshit lies being allowed to be posted.
    Hello darkness my old friend.....

    Hi,
Yes - maybe I really worry too much. I should not.

that's the thing, it might be illegal, but in my view it is not immoral, no prejudice was caused.
I would have no problem or shame dealing with this in my community.,
It kinda reminds me of a situation I came across in new york where a puritan was all up on the war path and against some local website that was featuring local wanna be talents.
my question to him at the time was, how do you know about this unless you are a consumer yourself?
then the hypocrisy kicked in and there was no talking to the man after that.

It would be a lot more safer if the door were opened as soon as he got there, and wait inside the room instead if she is not ready

They may put pressure on the lady to inform, if she does, then you can have her called to your hearing and if she doesn't turn up, there's absolutely no case!
I paid for legal advise on this, and was told it's enough for the the Gardai to build a case, that you were seen leaving the apartment of a known escort. They have her advert, they called and got her address, so you better have a good reason for being there. I was told this was a reasonable case as what else were you doing there?
Of course they'll try link phone records, get a confession and i'm sure bully/ blackmail the escort with whatever they can think of to improve their case.
But they definitely don't need pictures of you in bed, nor do they need proof of payment.
    So I was told.
But then, who really knows. I have paid for plenty of legal advise in the past that was hogwash

I heard the news, and it was reported that there are three convictions in the Republic and three up North. While the convictions in NI had almost nothing to do with seeing an escort, the situation could be different in ROI. A man from Meath was convicted, and he had to pay 200 quid. Garda spoke to almost 100 man in Ireland in 2019 on suspicion of paying for sex. Only a couple of files were sent on. Dr. Shannon s report stated that 13 man ( I guess ) might or might not await prosecution and/or conviction.
My point is - if a lady obeys the rules (eg. working alone) the police could leave her ( and her clients ) alone as they would rather focus on brothels or clients who pay trafficked girls...? The police knows in most of the cases where the independent ladies work, don't they?
I agree, but it's not certain either. You could just get unlucky

I was stopped while 6 inchs deep back in 2004.
The gardai burst into the room. That was fun.
They wanted proof of who I was, took details and I wasn't going anywhere until they were absolutely sure of my identity.
Once they knew, they then weren't interested in me.

Two big guys then sat on the bed each side of the young woman and started shouting at her, basically one in each ear.
I felt sorry for her, but couldn't think of a thing to do to help.
    They threw me out.

In 2004 punting wasn't illegal. I'm pretty sure I don't want to see a repeat of that.

This said I do believe the risks are low; very low.
