You normally pay when you get there, some might ask for a deposit beforehand. Normally with cash, some might prefer a different payment method best to ask who you're talking to. Webcam is normally done on WhatsApp, just make sure the person you're contacting does webcam. Best not to ask for an address because you won't get it, ask for a general location and you'll a location a few minutes away.
