Antonio equalises for the Hammers just before half time. At HT the score is 1-1.

A good win for Arsenal, if not that impressive, the battle for top 6 or top 4 is going to be intense , 8 or 9 teams going to challenge for those positions, Everton start is impressive, if that is maintained, they will expect European football next season

I think the relegation battle becoming clear already, West Ham, West Brom and Fulham, going to be in difficulty, and for managers, I think Moyes is under a lot of scrutiny, West Ham will be disappointed to lose tonight, but I can't see them getting many points from next 5 games

After just 2 matches it`s too early to be predicting relegation places. For example after Southampton were thrashed by Leicester in the early part of last season most would have put them down as near certainties for relegation and in the end they comfortably finished in mid table. However with that in mind if the above mentioned teams` results have not improved by the end of October/start of November then there might be a clearer picture of what the outcome will be.

Southampton v Spurs in the early game today. Both of these teams lost their opening PL matches last week. Delle Ali ha been left out of the Spurs squad altogether today and Gareth Bale will play no part in their next few matches . I will go for a 1-1 draw.

Kane puts the ball in the Saints net but VAR rule out the goal for an offside by Son.
