    Default Tubby or not tubby?

    If I wanna go back to doing the deed with somedem fine ladies on here I best get back in shape. You see my belly's dunlopped over my belt and I cant see my willy no more, so not sure if if Iv'e still got one. What to do? get to the gym, only half of them are open and the ones that are, are still half shut! Should I try to gt some slimmin potions? PM me if ou have any dodge suggestions.

    As far as I'm aware most of those slimming potions are rubbish.
    Watch the calories, drop the carbs, load up on protein, and get yourself a good quality skipping rope.

    Or invest in a corset ...

    I would never recommend slimming substances, you never know what they could do to your insides.
    As Durp stated: Watch the calories, drop the carbs, load up on protein, and get yourself a good quality skipping rope.

    A good way that might help you start working on the gut, is the bicycle kick.
    Lay on your back, lift your ass up a little and peddle the inadvisable bike.
    You'll know it's working when you start feeling it.



    However, I don't think that many escorts will care about your gut.
    You should only work on this if you feel that it is want you want to do.

    Old school exercises still work, push ups, cycling, and resistance weights...

    A half decent diet and less booze too.

    Barbell training. You'll probably still have a bit of a gut, but you'll be strong and confident and not give a hoot.

    Barbell Medicine and/or Starting Strength will change your life.

    I need the gym classes.
    Unfortunately all mine are closed.
    My advise is fine something physical you like to do.
    Exercise is the key.
    Eat what you want, except no mid meal snacks and no crap.

    Works for me, pretty well anyway

    Ah the 944 is gone a long time.
    I made a mistake selling it.
    Worth more now.
    Had a few 911 since.

    Now I've a fairly new S5 and a Cls63 which is insane.
    Too fast for roads and I never thought I'd say that
