Theres nothing wrong with them, it's just that many aren't the girl in the picture or have limited English and they don't allow reviews because clients would write that and the escort wouldn't like it.
If the picture looks like she is a model and has perfect skin then it's probably fake.

The fake pictures are always tall and thin. That's what the men call beauty over in their home country whereas here it doesn't matter what size you are.
