I think a lot of places are slowly reopening in general. This virus is not going away so we have to learn to live with it. Shutting down the economy for too long would have worse consequences.

I would say back to normal, as in its like the virus never existed, Feburary or March next year. Thats being optimistic.
Some models have put this as only being over by January 2022.
They are modelling it on influenza outbreaks, such as Spanish Flu.

Germany and South Korea have eased their restrictions and their infection rates have started to rise. Looks like a long journey with many a false start.

Hopefully people will be sensible when visiting the ladies.

Germany have controlled the virus and so has SK, it was such a great effort and all down to using their brains, its a smart move now easing restrictions to see how it goes and I see Germany keeping a level head and keeping it under control and coming good
