A trial involving a drug called Remdesivir has showed promise.

Don’t know if you’ve read or heard :

Countries where the population had been vaccinated against Tuberculosis

with BCG Vaccine , appear to have a lower death rate .

Now scientists are exploring the possibility of using BCG Vaccine as the base

/ or starting point for developing A vaccine .

Fruitful or not , remains to be seen .

In ROI - were you guys vaccinated against Tuberculosis ?

    - I’d say also remains to be seen if BCG is a correlation , causation , or coincidence .. x
Yes. Irish children were injected in the upper arm and it leaves lifelong scar tissue of 3 tiny dots. I have it on my arm and I'd be happy to show it to you some day. The UK also had a mandatory policy of vaccination against TB but not Spain or Italy. I'm not a medical expert but I think the BCG connection is significant.

The sugar cube was polio vaccine.
My wife caught me wearing ladies underwear and threatened to leave me.
So I packed up all her clothes
    And left.

Nobody in my family developed that scar. I received all my childhood shots, had my antibodies checked when I worked in hospital services and all boosters brought up to date. Still no scar.

Only reading this now but my solar lights are already on outside.

In the North and across the shuck in GB they have been clapping their hands at 8pm the last few Thursday nights in appreciation of the NHS staff.

Whilst this might be a nice gesture to show our appreciation it would be better if the politicians were doing more to help frontline staff re ppe and conditions.

I wonder will the politicians remember the sacrifices these eorkers have made when discussing pay rises in the future ? I doubt it.

Respect to all having to work through this turbulent and dangerous times.

We rank 21st in terms of the number of infections. About 300 ahead of India.

Turkey they are now saying is going to have it rough.
