Who transports the Ladies

Who drops these ladies off ( on their own and with very basic or no English ) in a Godforsaken little town in the west of Ireland.... leaves them there for a week , not knowing the country or where is their next destination

In fairness the op was asking a genuine question (probably).

Independent ladies arrange their own transportation should it be bus, train, taxi or travelling in their own car.

Others though I can't be sure, maybe their secretary?
