Correct way to ask for requests?

Hi just wondering if I had done something wrong and advice please.
I called a lady whom i wont mention her name and asked the following, hello if love to come see you and I was just wondering do you have uniform or outfit in leather or pvc as its a fetish of mine she replied no, ok I said also do you do strapon play she replied yes and I said great sorry for all the questions just 1 more do you have ***removed*** and she hung up on me i tried to call back and she just wouldnt answer. I was polite throughout the whole call and apologise for all the questions.
I have found that If you dont ask and arrive at an appointment then it can be disappointing so always like to be 100% sure.
Am I wrong??? This lady has lots of great reviews so I was supprised..
