Well I avoid this situations. I am very picky. Dont work till late. First I think about my self how I will feel - safe and comfortable then on money. So I never had refund. But I asked to leave a few times as I didn’t like behavior or questions. Over the phone very polite. Inside different person. That’s not worth it. Well if I see he is under drugs or drunk I will kick him straight away. She shouldn’t let him stay.
I understand refund if you promise you will provide this and that and then don’t. As I would ask for refund as well.
