What is his prognosis , please ?

How long for him to recover and be in playing form / without painkillers ??

Did they / do they just tape his finger to the one over , or splint ?

    Thank you xxx

    +1.. Welcome Stephanie,

While Farrell is being accused of being a little conservative in his selection he has a lot of players unavailable through injury. Beirne, Leavy, Doris, Conan, Klein, that's a decent back 5 on its own. Carberry, Ringrose, Addision, I think Chris Farrell is injured also. Earls is also on the bench. Who else is there to come in? Would like to see Dillane getting a run. At least the props got through the injuries.

I wasn't impressed by Ireland last week. The head says Wales.

Whatever windy conditions we get today will just be a warm up (or a wind up) for the main event when Ciara unleashes its full force from tomorrow. Anyway back on topic. If Ireland perform the same way as against Scotland then the Welsh will win comfortably. In the hope that Ireland will up their game then I think it may be a close affair with 3 to 5 points deciding the outcome either way. In today`s other Six Nations match at Murrayfield both Scotland and England will be looking to bounce back from their defeats last weekend. I will go for England to win by 7 to 10 points.
    The Truth is out there.

Ireland were shocking last weekend against an equally poor Scottish team, Wales to win , England and France also. Ireland need to pick the players who are in form and stop picking the "has beens" cooney should be in there instead of murray, Ruddock instead of o'mahony, Allison instead of Henshaw

Broken finger, he's had an operation, he is expected to be fit again for the Italy game in 4 weeks time.

What's the weather like in Ballsbridge today Stephanie? Could have a big bearing on the game.

hey Ketchup, thank you for the update, I did not realise Addison was injured, I would put in ulsters other centre instead , Henshaw has played very little rugby and appears to have lost form which is expected when you not playing regularly
