There is no excuse for anybody being smelly and unclean. If you turned up at the lady's place and she was smelly and unclean there would be a huge uproar here. So why do you some lads think it is ok for them then.
As for cold sores have common sense and don't visit any ladies while you have them. Had 1 a couple of weeks ago and had to tell a lady that I couldn't visit her.
