"If a client believes that the premises is a brothel, it is illegal to knowingly continue with the booking and the client should leave immediately."

Less choice, 2 vs 4

Better chance of a genuine gfe with either of the 2 independents you booked and a quality experience.
Less chance of the place being heavily visited and hence complained about by neighbors, hence monitored by guards etc.
First spot will probably be cheaper and a Wham bang experience.
