A young woman with obvious mental health issues was arrested by Gardaí wandering around naked on a street in Dublin.

She took her own life shortly after arrest.

That didn't stop one of the coppers who had arrested her from uploading footage

he had recorded of her naked in Dublin to youtube.

But he said the gardai do not put their lives at risk..

I gave an example of where they do...
