The match finishes 1-1 and Swansea win 2-1 on aggregate. They go through to the Wembley final against Brentford and have a chance to get payback for their SF defeat by the London team last season. Barnsley will have to try another promotion attempt all over again in the Championship next season.

Brentford v Swansea in the Championship play-off final at Wembley. Brentford will be aiming to go a step further than last year and win promotion to the PL for the 1st ever time. I will go for the London team to win 2-1 possibly after extra time.
