Agree, should be. But so many profiles do not match the reality.

I’ll give you that one, I know from personal experience that some adverts are works of fiction, the details aren’t genuine and the pics are altered, I think you stand a better chance of success by reading reviews from established members, more so than ringing escorts up and asking them to go through some sort of audition, any disappointing experiences I’ve had have had very little to do with the escorts personality and more to do with misleading advert info and pics, something they were hardly going to admit freely even if had called them up beforehand

Apart from a few memorable escorts my punting endeavours have never been hampered beyond the odd pre-appointment procedural question like 'How long would you like to stay for?'.
I do wonder why so few escorts have no effective screening process.

I have to say I’ve never being asked a single question directly in relation to screening by an escort, never being asked for a reference, I assume that clients would be checked out using other methods based on their reviews and forum and twitter interaction to a lesser degree, escorts aren’t stupid and don’t take risks, just because the screening isn’t obvious doesn’t mean it’s not happening

Any of my appointments, have initially been by pm usually followed up by a text and then a call to confirm, I do like to have a general idea of location but I don't ask, I have to travel long distances so like to know if satnav is picking up location. I can understand genuine guys wanting location and I can understand escorts being uncomfortable in divulging them I don't agree with asking a load of questions, I think u find a profile u like with good reviews and u go for it

Like most here there are certain areas i would have to avoid regardless of the fact they are lovely locations, but in my case hotels are perfect as i can always have had a business meeting there if seen or a cancelled meeting when I arrived.

If I enter an apartment building 1 no one knows where I’m going once I’m inside. 2 it’s none of anyone’s business who I visit (and that includes my family and friends) and 3 once I’m inside an apartment I’m in a private environment where I can do whatever I want with another consenting adult and if I want to make a gift of money then that is my business. Unless of course we’re talking about a known illegal brothel, or other known criminal activity.

I would like to make one other observation though...I have been messed around by a number of escorts a well, after making an appointment in the correct way, travel an hour and a half and when arriving either been told that “sorry, just left for limerick or wherever” or not getting a reply at all. Or being told to wait for a few minutes than ring back and phone not being answered. Granted, It doesn’t happen often but it does happen and you feel a fool standing in front of an hotel or apartment building.

I like to get a general location when visiting a escort. This allows me to get parked. I always confirm my appointment 30 min. beforehand and this would not work if I was driving around looking for a parking space. The very first escort that I met made me drive around so much that I thought was dropping off a ransom demand instead of visiting a girl.
