Users being banned

Isn't it unfair that a user gets banned for leaving a negative comment/review about an escort?

The administrator stated that because a comment and a review is negative that it is too malicious to be allowed.

Stating that an escort did not live up to a prebooked appointment and leaving a review stating that should not be cause for banning a user.

The escort accused them of blackmail and lying and the user stated he had proof of the conversation and refuted what the escort claimed happened.

This surely doesn't deserve a ban?

If there is evidence then it surely would have been easy to confirm who was lying and who wasn't.

The site always sides with the escort in these situations and I know from personal experience won't post legitimate negative reviews about established escorts.

You only know half of the story.
The user was banned for disrespecting the escort, name calling.
As for the review, it was deleted as it was too malicious and had also threatened the escort with a negative review, which he had stated in the review.

After contacting him about some of his posts, he had continued and so I decided that we were not accepting this and so he was banned.

This will will not allow to be discussed anymore and the thread has now been closed.
