    Do we need a TV licence in Ireland when watching TV on A tablet

    my mates and I all got tablets, 10", but no aerials or sats on roof, they been told they now need to get a licence

    Yes, if you have any equipment capable of receiving a tv signal you need a licence but 1 licence per household I think.

    But hard to prove Barney....... Just because you got a jug of milk in your fridge doesn't mind you got a cow in your back garden

    It's one of the terms and conditions of living in Ireland so we're told
