I presume your friend is referring to the *****. Your friend is correct, definitely worth a visit. I've only been in one when I was in Frankfurt. An unforgettable experience. About 30, mostly stunning ladies, strutting about in heels and not much else.
Alternatively he could mean the Eros houses in most German cities. Multiple floors of rooms with various ladies in each one. Also quite an experience but a lot seedier than the *****.

I was in Berlin in a couple of places.
I found the experience much colder than similar experiences with individual escorts.
I have found, more so in recent years, I prefer the one on one intimacy of one woman.

Any FKK club in Germany is an amazing experience. I've been to FKks in Berlin, Dusseldorf, Cologne, Stuttgart and Frankfurt. All amazing. Common theme is that there is a nightclub downstairs where girls walk around naked in high heels and the bedrooms are upstairs.
Many have swimming pools and spas. Most rooms have mirrors on the ceilings and all around the walls. It's little piece of heaven. Have to say about a year ago I visited big club in Madrid and the level of service has to be received to be believed. Really unbelievable... from all the girls. If I had to pick between Germany and Madrid now... I'd pick Madrid.
