It stands to reason that there must be some gardai presence on this site, some of it might even be official business 🤣, seriously though, how difficult would it be for a gardai to make an appointment, turn up at the address and leave, then monitor the callers over the next few days, piss easy really. On the plus side they still can’t actually prove anything other than a man went into an apartment block

I'm confused , how much proof is needed to convict? If the Garda don't see money changing hands and the act being performed for said money how can they prove you paid? Even if the escort was to testify against you its hearsay and that's not enough to convict. In burglary cases finger prints are not enough to convict you they only prove you were there. Any solicitors on here can give the low down?

Yes a tablet and also about 10k in cash. The escort had a photo of the document on her phone, she was showing it to me. 2 seperate amounts adding up to about 10k and a tablet "taken as part of an investigation into organised crime" or something to that effect. this particular escort was fairly pissed, she was left with pretty much no money after working hard over a few weeks.

again (and if some of the guards do have profiles here listen up) go after the mafia gangs your afraid of and who intimadate girls into giving them a percentage instead of picking on harmless escorts trying to provide for themselves and their families.

What proof? I called an escort, what did I say on the call? If the messages are about directions I still don't see a burden of proof. What if I'm a chancer who calls escorts to obtain their address and when I show up I ask for a freebie. In a court of law what are the conditions and what evidence will be presented to convict me apart from me being shown as explicitly stating this sexual act is being performed in return for this money ?

It's not the fact that you will win your case in court, but the fact that you will be named in court as suspected of purchasing sexual services. That's the scare tactic they are hoping will be effective and "end demand"

Then maybe some questions and answers after. Perhaps in an established members with verified reviews and references section.
