Its always been accepted that this information would be passed via PM. Had it have only been passed via PM, then the thread would still be live.
The issue is that people have been breaching these rules for quite some time and its a constant issue.

And i'd say if you put yourself in their shoes,you would too.

Maybe you should run a poll on what rules the members of the forum would like ? Without us there is no forum we are the forum. I can think of lots of things you guys badly need to change if your open minded enough to actually listen instead if dictating.
Just to start with the thumbs up and down shit on the reviews is being abused.
Secondly the reputation option is being abused totally. I got a bad rep today because someone told me " you are running a bit low on red bars there" if the forum is going to be run by humans there should be some human digression on what is or is not helpful. If we dont get that you are not doing your job and Mr EI would be better off replace you with bots and save himself a fortune on wages. You will probably delete this as it does not fit with your MO.
