There is fewer transexual ladies for starters and thus they can earn a decent living. Maybe not in thailand though.

I think stigma limits their career options though. I doubt a top four accounting firm would hire a male to female transexual or the reverse. Image is everything to those capitalistic narcissistic companies. (not trying to be rude or anything.)
