    Nope.

    It just criminalized more people, did not decriminalize anything. Except some aspects of outdoor sex-work that no-one does anymore anyhow. The law is an ass. And a not very nice one.

    The Street scene is big in some places yet young man, plenty of guys favour it too

    frequented by a large number of male visitors at all times

    too much traffic - got noticed - upset the neighbours - visitors late at night - probably going to the wrong door - got reported - because they did not manage the footfall.
