Menstrual Hygiene Day 2019

Everyday a woman has a cycle in which she has to take time to take care for herself.
I know i is one day late, but still this effects women everyday.

Menstrual Hygiene Day was created to help educate those who do not fully understand this natural cycle and to breaks it's taboo.
It was also created to help raise awareness about the impact poor menstrual health and lack of access to menstrual products can have on menstruators around the world.

For some who did not know, in one part of the world in Nepal, a tradition is killing many women and young girls when their cycle arrives, that is due to being forced to sleep in small huts designed for farm animals (the animals still sleeping in the huts), which of course is very unhygienic for them and can lead to infections and illnesses.

Do you have any tips or suggestions in which you can bring to anybody who wishes to know more about it?
Especially for us men, as we are lucky that we do not need go through the cycle.
