I turned 43 recently. I've got a few gray hairs, not too bad but this morning I noticed a couple of hairs very slightly protruding from inside my right ear. I trimmed them straight away to hide the evidence ,but what's next ffs !!

Good news, is that you probably will not see many more grey hairs or hairs protruding from your ears.

Bad news, that is because your eyesight will become poor......

Joint pain ,pissing into the front of your trousers, forgetting what you had for breakfast or even if you had breakfast,chest pains.

and I'm not even speaking as gillyland

Cut down on the calories,cut down on the carbs especially, get out and exercise while the joints still carry you and go for regular ,yearly ,medical check ups where you question the medical staff and have things explained to you.

Its hard to remember that far back. Eyesight gets worse, except for blondes, realising your old enough to be the lady’s father. If you are not getting enough physical activity then change your habits. You have still a lot of punting to do.

I tend to go for the more mature escort now. Have a better time with them. My taste have changed the older i become.
