As someone else said, legalise it.
    This sorts all the problems.
If we are to believe what the so called independent escorts say there is a large amount of trafficked girls . We cant just turn a blind eye to this.

I have spoken and been friendly with many escorts. I have never seen any evidence of this.

In fairness what do I know, more than many, more than the nonsense I read in the media (such as women chained to beds), enough to know Ruhama (Or as they should be called the nuns from "The Magdalene Launderies") have an agenda.

But no, I can only form an opinion based on what I have experienced.

And let's be fair, what would an "independent" escort claim? They've been pedalling that sales pitch as long as I've been here.

I don't know, I can argue with you either way.

I will not repeat myself but some on here are using the Ruhama definition of what constitutes a trafficked escort and consequently conclude there are as you put it a large amount of them. This is not necessarily true.
Most likely there is a small amount of them. Police and state actions should be focused on helping this minority and on protecting the safety and well-being of the majority. Operation Quest done nothing to tackle either of these objectives.
It's only impact, if indeed there is one, will be to drive the industry further underground and cause far more problems than it solves.
