Love Girls need to learn to skip rope like a boxer, get lean in your hotel room

    Morning All

I'm back in training and have some tips for anyone that is cooped up all day with only access to their clients and keyboards.

If you can't make it to the gym to 'WORKOUT' like a beast, invest in a 'JUMP ROPE' between sessions.

You will get lean and mean in no time at all.

If anyone has any suggestions on how to get 'TOUR FIT' when not in the company of your clients. Please comment below.

    Have a great day

Escorts who use hotels while touring can just pop down to the gym for a bit, its amazing how a little exercise can improve both body and mind

Even more amazing what a regular swim in the hotel pool does for the female figure.
My wife caught me wearing ladies underwear and threatened to leave me.
So I packed up all her clothes
    And left.

I think I'll skip the jump ropes Nikki, might do myself an injury.

So THAT explains all the bumping and heavy breathing coming from your hotel room.

You had a YouTube video up from the 23 and 1 boy. His exercises are for jail cells but I'm sure you could adopt them to suit your sitting room or bedroom. He has some effective exercises up so I'm sure you could keep fit from them.

Thanks, Here's the link, for anyone else who is interested? I have a feeling it will be a resounding 'No' but there may be one or two out there that will benefit!

This guy is so hot! You've got to love neck tattoos yummm...

I'm leaner now than I have been in years.

Is that the keto diet? Yup, I'm on that too. You can cheat by just eating eggs all day . All the best with your routine x

A skip rope is a great way to stay fit, but is not always easy to use indoors.

As long as you have your boobies bouncing up and down in a training bra, you can do it where ever you like...
