“ According to Ruhama, approximately 90% of women want to exit prostitution at some point but have a perception that there are no viable alternatives for them.”

So 90% would like to retire some time and 10% would not!

Wow...A job where 10% of workers don’t want to retire ever!

How many want to quit now?

    Ruhama....fake news......again.

    The article
    The Equalizer

Vulnerable sex workers have not been given the supports and resources they were promised –
Promised by who? By Ruhama? Please enlighten us as to how Ruhama actually spends the very large chunk of funding it receives from the taxpayer; is it allocated towards "resources"?
    Investigation

An interim review, charting the implementation of the Criminal Law (Sexual Offences) Act 2017 which changed the law to decriminalise the act of selling sex while criminalising the buyer, found that poverty, homelessness and insecure housing, coercion (by pimps, traffickers or partners), lack of education, psychological trauma, isolation and immigration status keep people trapped in the sex trade.
By taking away Sex Workers incomes they will be at further risk of falling into and/or remaining in poverty, homelessness and insecure housing; is this what Ruhama is trying to achieve?
I think we know the answer to that
