Some advice needed on an apartment i'm renting

I rent out a very nice apartment in Dublin to an Escort, actually only found out she was an escort after 3 months as saw her advert on here.
Lovely lady and rent is always paid on time. All good there

Seems when she is away she has another Escort working from there.
My neigbour there has told me this and he fine about it but when he knows others there probably know.

So could someone tell me if it was reported could I get into trouble?
As I have said the girl or girls are no bother but afraid I could land myself in hot water and it is worrying me a little.

Anyone able to shed some light on this please

And it's not an offence to rent your apartment out if you even have one to an escort as long as you have not given her your express permission to use it for such purposes. You could only be in trouble legally if you were shown to be charging a much higher rent on the basis of what she was doing in the apartment, as in living off her earnings.

I have a couple of apartments that I have given over to an estate agent to let , it was funny when I was making a booking and I was directed to one of them , I said nothing and went ahead with the appointment, she is now gone , and I am glad , but there was no repercussions , so no harm done

why you giving incorrect information out here for?
It is an offence if the property is being used by several girls and its obvious its the case here if you read it properly and as i said before if its a brothel and you knew nothing about you can still get in trouble.

If you evict her, there is no reason why she would go " to an apartment in a more dangerous area " . Aldo you ARE knowingly renting an apartment to an Escort as evidenced by your neighbour who informed you of such. Whom else has he told ? You ARE living off immoral earnings and therefore if caught are liable to arrest, fines or even prison. You can't walk away saying " nothing to do with me guv " . Up to you what to do but you can't plead innocence here.
