"Just because you trust the person driving a car doesn't mean you don't wear a seat belt."
A fair number of the younger men I see in my practice report experiencing erectile dysfunction when they use condoms, which they say affects sensation. But is this phenomenon actually caused by condoms?

"Condom use often produces its own kind of performance anxiety in men who begin to worry about losing feeling and maintaining their erection," Siegel explained. "But it's not the condom; it's the discomfort with their use and the distractions that discomfort produces."

It's a good article and obviously I agree with being safe and responsible but I think they undermine their argument when they get so convoluted explaining the parts in bold.

Condoms do affect the sensation of having sex or oral sex. Anyone who has had sex with and without condoms knows this.
Again, obviously I'm all for safe sex and responsible fun, just saying.

: The bit at top is The Article .

Actually I think the highlighted part is right on the money — my opinion drawn from my ‘limited experience’

with willies and their respective owners , and the way some penises wilt even at the prospect

of dressing the fella . :::: >> with some guidance and directed practice this can be easily overcome ! x

There is much much much truth in the bits highlighted there - though it may sound confusing to the

    ‘layperson’ xx

: I just read back the Article .

Was curious if Siegel a boy or girl - curious , based on the above highlighted post .

Siegel in fact is a Male Researcher (assuming phd fancypants with some serious mileage on resume )

My point , I might’ve been a bit sceptical on these above highlighted views if they were authored by a

Female researcher ( ‘cause what do We know about penile sensation and sensory effects of Condoms

on the glorious Male Organ ) ; but Siegel is actually a Male doc , presumably having experience with

penile sensation : naked and / or ‘dressed’ xox

    Siegel . That’s Lawrence Siegel x

I have problems with them at times. Some escorts dont let you use your own unfortunately. I have problems with the thickness of them not the length. I'm not boasting by any means but at times the average condom is to tight on me and i worry about it breaking.

When we are teaching correct condom use, and as part of our general education campaign, we do recommend folks try out self pleasure to get used to the sensation.
I think it is possible to train the penis to respond to condoms by getting harder if you practice enough.

You can Train a penis to become fully erect and excited at the ‘prospect’ of having a Condom on !!!

    - not any more difficult than training my Alsatians to be rejoicing at the ‘prospect’ of being put on chain !

Pavlov ! My Friend ! Had taught us wonders ! : now use ‘em , Implement the Knowladge !

As I said , guided practice will do wonders for a Shy Penis facing the ‘dreaded’ Condom xox

yes. this can be a problem, but, if you gently massage the part of the condom around the base so it unrolls more than usual, this can be decreased. If it doesn't help you can always think of how tight your belt would have to get were you not to use one.
What if "It's Raining Men" and 'Let the bodies hit the floor' are both about the same event but from different perspectives 🤔
