Yes. Read "The Dirty War" by Martin Dillion. Or check out the ballymurphy inquest which is happening right now. Just today we had a Army/SAS Medic telling the inquest that his commanding officer ordered him to put live ammo rounds into the clothing of the innocent civilians who were gunned down in cold blood by British troops on the streets of Belfast so it would look like they were IRA members. These are just a few examples.
