Bookings by text only no phone calls

Generally speaking, with very few exceptions, texts are easier to understand than the spoken word and I would prefer them.
If someone's English is not fluent, it is easier to write a language than to speak it.

Both me, Cora and Daisy prefer texts too. It's down in black and white and no misunderstanding between you and client/girl. Of course a quick chat at some point is good for you to know she speaks English and or the lady to know your not drunk on in a car full of friends.

Everyone nowadays is fiddling with their phone and texts are more discreet because they cannot be overhead, provided they are deleted immediately afterwards.

Texts can be useful at times. For example, getting directions when there is a lot of background noise from traffic, wind etc.
