I think the best location is a solitary apartment in a decent sized block - ie at least 12 apartments, only one used by escorts.

I've been in a few dodgy ones, but if there are clean sheets, shower and lady a scruffy place does not bother me.

The worst ones are those houses where the landlord has multiple apartments, all let to escorts. The dopiest of detectives would have no trouble finding out all about it and coordinating a raid if they decided to. Even if most escorts are sensible and careful there will always be some who let the side down.
