I'd be conflicted on the world of prostitution.

It's a two people transaction, they are entering into it willingly together, nobody else is affected by their actions, nobody robs people in the street to pay for sex, the general public are safe from the effects of prostitution. So that's ok.

But it's a dirty murky world, a percentage of it is. A 65 year old man with a 19 year old escort is carrying out a borderline pedophile fantasy. If he will get with a teenager, where would he draw the line, does he even have a line. If a 16 year old sold him sex, would he buy it, I reckon he would. See I don't think he is going for sex, if he wanted good sex he would go see an experienced woman. Nah he is looking for a young girl he can most likely dominate, some old men need to cop themselves on.

I'm still young enough to get with 25 and 26 year old girls, but I prefer women in their 30's and 40's.I have been with 26 and 27 year old girls lately and I'm sure I will be again. But getting with teenagers is not something I will ever know again.

This is an important thread about enforcement of the law. Please don't hijack it with total speculation about the woman's age.

Tough situation that client was put in and thankfully he didn't give any names for the Lady sake. He was lucky they didn't follow him up on it. But it seem, maybe they watching the area and have a bigger situation in mind. To them they didn't see him as a threat. Who know what their intention was and why they where in area. Lucky gent he is !

Yes he was lucky but he got scared. when he called me to see me he start to ask me if i share , if im still in same place, he was a bit nervous in seeing me and he told me normally he wouldnt care if he is caught as he is 32 not married no gf but is not pleasant at all to be questioned . of course is not. who like questions? special coming from Police ?

I suspect it would be all but impossible to secure a conviction if the lady is visiting you in your own home, or indeed in a hotel. Boom-time ahead maybe for call- outs !

So how do the Gardai prove that soembody has paid, unless somebody has a receipt surely they would have to witness cash being handed over?

Probably a fake profile with an undercover Garda posing as escort. This is the way to prove payment took place for sexual services . At list in Sweden this was the way they catched the guys. Few days ago a regular client of mine in Belfast told me how few weeks ago he was visiting an escort in a very popular area very well known for escorts working there and when he came outside a Police guy stopped him asking what he was doing tin the building. He said he was visiting his friend. Then police told him @ many burglaries in this building so can u give us the name of your friend and phone number to can confirm u visited him?'' my client panicked and said : '' no, i forgot his name' .. the Police looked at him shocked :'' u forgot your friend name?'' and he said :'' yes sorry , i forgot '' then Police guy told him ;'' right , there are many sluts here , just to be warned' and let him go. not many escorts offer outcalls. Safety come first then money. I had problems with a client in my own home, dont want to think what could happen if i was in his home. So numbers of escorts offering outcalls is very limited

What is considered to be a brothel Ireland? An appartment with one than one lady working? A place where Gardai expect exploided or trafficked girls? What kind of location is normally raided? The raid in qustion happend almost a year ago. How many raids happend since spring 18?

Is being on a premises illegal though? Like without him admitting it or the gardai seeing money being handed over surely a conviction is pretty tough. Remember its up to the Gardai to prove it happen not you to prove it didnt

Oh so just being in the wrong place at the wrong time. If the place have been raided then i would say there was more then one girl working. I never heard about raids in a place where was just one girl working . But is true, clients cant know when they book a girl if she share with another x escorts or she work by herself...But i would think (and i dont want to take me wrong) but a girl who charge 50 is more then likely to share with others to can afford to pay the high rent , or if she dont share she will see a considerable number of clients to can afford to stay alone so in both cases lots of guys in and out means complains from neighbors to management or call direct the police about something dodgy happen there. Now there are and girls who charge 50 and live in very good apartments with no neighbors around and they work there for years so always will be exceptions from rules..
