He put a complaint in to the ombudsman, who just happened to be a retired cop, only 6 years previous. The ombudsman spent the time practically laughing at him, and then his report said the cop fell on the fella accidentally and there was no case for the cop to answer too.
CCTV footage of the incident conveniently 'got damaged' on transferal from the attack to the cop shop. Cops made it go missing. The same fella has taken a few beatings of them over the years and on occasion is insulted by them on the street as he is just going on about his day, but never in front of people. Cops make happen what they want to make happen.

Thought the first time it was a €500 fine, not €200 and if paid nothing more, second offence was a court summons, more to this if he was brought to court.

Agreed. Pimps do report other operations, but also individual escorts do report other escorts/brothels.
